Our menu takes inspiration from all regions of India. All our curries and tandoori grills are preservative free, cooked using premium cuts of meat supplied by our own butcher.
The use of lean breast fillet in all our chicken curries and trade certified lamb, not mutton, highlight our commitment to using quality produce to create the Sitar flavours.
We make all our dishes fresh upon your order so please specify whether your like your curries hot or prefer more subtle spices.
